Of Tobermory, and formerly of Kitchener, peacefully at Grey Bruce Health Services Owen Sound on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at the age of 70 years. Loving partner and best friend to Nancy Lane. Devoted father of Brad and his wife Kerry, of Kitchener. Cherished grandfather of Kyle. Brother of Carol Murawsky and her partner Sam Burke, of Waterloo, and Dave Murawsky, of Kitchener; and brother-in-law of David Lane and his wife Carole, of Barrie. Sadly missed by his niece, Tanya (Greg Weber), and his many friends. Predeceased by his parents, Clarence and Maristella; wife Bernie (nee Dawe); brother Doug; and brother-in-law Randy Lane. Jerry enjoyed his retirement to his Tobermory home, where he could truly experience his love of nature and the outdoors. His family wish to express the deep appreciation for the compassion and care the Doctors, surgeons, nurses and staff showed to them at this time. Private family interment of ashes will take place at Parkdale Cemetery, Waterloo.
