Peacefully surrounded by her loving family at her Wiarton home on Thursday July 28, 2022. Kimberly “Kim” Anne Chegahno (nee Norris) in her 57th year. Beloved wife and best friend to her late husband Theron “Huss” Chegahno (2019) for 30 years. Cherished mother of Matthew (Emma Borho), Joshua, Lucas, and her dear, sweet puppy, Kuma. Treasured sister of Jennifer Norris-Daigle, Sandi Norris, and Leanne Christie (Rob); sister-in-law of Mike Daigle, Scott Robinson, Nelson Ashkewe, Peter “Pedo” Akiwenzie, Colin Chegahno (Connie), Else Chegahno, Tony Chegahno (Debbie), Arlene Chegahno, Fudd Chegahno, Guy Chegahno (Pat), Kim Chegahno, and Jill Winegarden (partner Albert); stepdaughter of Gail Norris (Brian McKeown); and lifelong friend of Janet Weatherhead (Steve). Dearly missed by her many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by her parents, Tom and Beth Norris; sister Lisa Robinson; brothers-in-law Raymond Ashkewe, Dean Chegahno, Keith Chegahno, and Randy Chegahno; sisters-in-law Barb Whiteye, and Jacqueline Ashkewe; nephew Michael Alexander Daigle and niece Hope Chegahno Millar. Cremation has taken place. Family invite friends to gather with them for visitation at the Salvation Army – Wiarton Community Church, 576 Edward St, Wiarton on Friday, August 5 from 5-9 PM. A service to celebrate Kim’s life will be conducted from St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church, 553 Gould St, Wiarton on Saturday, August 6 at 11 AM.
